Fabio De’Longhi, born in Treviso on September 24, 1967, graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. After various experiences in De’Longhi’s Sales and Marketing Department in Italy and abroad, he joined the company’s Board of Directors in 2001, the year of its listing. From 2005 to 2020, he served as Chief Executive Officer, leading the group’s international expansion. He then became Vice Chairman and Executive Director, and he's been the Chairman and CEO since May 2025.
